Today marks the end of our Midwinter Connect event series and more than 13,500 kilometres of travel across 11 locations to connect with over 800 of you around the country.

To support the important conversations you’re having each day with your customers, our 2024 claim stats are now available. There’s a lot to take in, but we’re particularly proud to share that we paid 96% of all claims received.
Until 30 January 2026 we’re offering our 15% Lifetime Reward to new customers who at the time of taking out the policy are within the expanded BMI range of 18.5 and 26.99 and have been a “non-smoker” for at least 12 months.
Making it easier to protect your newly-qualified customers

We’re partnering with New Zealand Nature Fund (NZNF)
We’ve teamed up with NZNF in their efforts to raise funds for biodiversity protection and restoration efforts across New Zealand. We’ll provide vital operational support, enabling NZNF to direct 100% of donor contributions to their critical conservation projects.
After recovering in late 2024 and early 2025, growth looks to have stalled around mid-year and in the words of Sir David Lange, “stopped for a cup of tea.”
To streamline the process of requesting a Suspension of Cover, from 21 July customers will be required to complete a new form and to provide proof of reason for suspension. The new form can be downloaded from Adviser Resources. Any in-flight requests will be honoured under the previous process until 28 August.
